Meet Carl, 8 years old, a neutered, indoor-only DSH (that’s Domestic Short Hair, but he prefers “Distinguished Super Hero”). Carl has lived with small dogs before, so he’s cool with respectful canine buddies. While his opinion on kids is still a mystery, he’s been the solo star of his own show and has a strong preference for a covered litterbox—even superheroes need their privacy! Please provide scratching posts for him; with them, your carpet and furniture can stay in great shape, and Carl will have his own fun playground.
